The general terms and conditions apply

The connector is a way of using the Services of the Aptus platform. Its use is governed by the general terms and conditions and by the Special Conditions of your Plan, which you accepted when you registered. This includes, among others, the rules on the use of the Content (article 6.1), on Third Party Providers and the services you subscribe to with them, such as your AI assistant (articles 3.3 and 3.4), on the limitation of liability (article 7) and on changes to the Contract (article 16).

Who can use it

The connector is available to the Users of a Client with an active Plan, whatever the Plan.

Authorising an assistant

Connecting an assistant means authorising it, with the procedure on the Aptus sign-in page, to query the platform on your behalf; the assistant never receives your credentials. So that this is not read as sharing credentials or as simultaneous access under article 2.5, the sentence below applies in addition to that article.

Authorising a third-party artificial-intelligence assistant to access the Services on the User’s behalf through the official connectors made available by Aptus.AI, by means of the authorisation procedure provided therein, does not constitute sharing of access credentials or simultaneous access within the meaning of this Article and of Article 6.1.3. The User remains responsible for the requests made by the assistant so authorised and may revoke the authorisation at any time.
